IMPORTANT INFORMATION & RETURN POLICY

Hey everyone! Welcome to my boutique! My name is Paige and I’m so glad to have you here! Here’s just a little rundown of how everything works here! 

 

PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT EVERYTHING ORDERED ON THE WEBSITE HAS A UP TO 20 BUSINESS DAY TURN AROUND TIME UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE!

 

 RTS & SHIPPING: If order is placed on Tuesday-Friday by 1 PM CST, it will be shipped that same day! If order is placed anytime after 1:30 PM CST, it will be shipped the next day! Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped on Monday!

 

Everything is shipped USPS and i will provide tracking number for all orders! Shipping is $5 FLAT RATE for everything! 

 

PREORDERS: Every Preorder will have its own TAT! Please make sure you read the whole post when it says Preorder, so you’ll know the TAT and close date! PREORDERS WITHOUT CLOSING DATES: These are the items that can be ordered whenever! From now on, All of these orders will be placed every Saturday! This will help me out a ton, so I’m not making several orders during the week. This way I’ll just have one big order every Saturday to place! So say you preorder something on a Sunday, that order won’t be placed until Saturday, so your TAT wouldn’t start until Saturday when order is placed! 

 

Return Policy: Exchanges can only be done on RTS items! WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS! Returns MUST be made within 15 days of receiving your order! After that, I will not accept it! Merchandise can be returned for store credit only.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN: RTS Item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition you received it. No preorders are eligible for returns!

 

STORE CREDIT: Once I receive and have inspected your returned item(s), then your refund will be processed to you as store credit. 

 

REFUNDS: I can only issue a refund if items are defective and damaged. All other returns will be issues as store credit.

 

DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES: MK&Co. is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages in the mail. If your package gets damaged, lost, or stolen you will need to file a claim with USPS, once your package is in the hands of USPS MK&Co. is not held responsible!
